Shell of the Sky

Inspired by the fleeting colours of a sunset, this abstract piece brings together soft baby blue and blush pink, melting gently into one another like clouds reflected over a quiet sea. I kept thinking about the inside of a seashell, where colours seem to appear almost magically: soft, faded, iridescent and impossible to hold onto. This painting is less about capturing a particular place and more about capturing a feeling. That quiet moment when the sky, sea and light seem to become one. A little piece of a sunset, imagined somewhere between the sea and the sky. 🌸
